Delete your Travel Aid account

In the app

1. Open Travel Aid and go to Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Tap Delete my account to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@travelaid.app from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm by email and delete it within [30] days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account and email address
• Your passports, date of birth and profile
• Your saved and tracked visas
• Your work records and every payslip or document you uploaded

Nothing is kept afterwards, apart from what the law requires us to keep, such as [to be confirmed]. PDFs you exported and saved on your own phone stay on your phone.
