Why can't I see a visa I expected?
Travel Aid only shows visas your passports and age make you eligible for. Check your passports and date of birth in Settings. If they're right and you think a visa is missing, tell us.
A visa rule looks wrong
Each visa shows the date we last checked it and a link to the official page. The official page is always right. Email us and we'll recheck it.
My sign-in code didn't arrive
Check your spam folder, wait a minute and request a new code. Make sure you typed your email address correctly.
How do I delete my account?
